1. The series of 50/50 draws will take place online as follows:
   • October 1 - October 31, 2020 at 11:59pm. Draw will take place on November 1, 2020 at 9:00am
     • EARLY bird draw for $500 Cash Prize - October 16, 2020
     • Guaranteed minimum prize of $1,000 for Campaign 1
   • November 1 - November 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm. Draw will take place on December 1, 2020 at 9:00am
     • EARLY bird draw for $500 Cash Prize - November 20, 2020
     • Guaranteed minimum prize of $1,000 for Campaign 2
   • December 1 - December 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm. Draw will take place on January 2, 2021 at 9:00am
     • EARLY bird draw for $500 Cash Prize - December 18, 2020
     • Guaranteed minimum prize of $1,000 for Campaign 3
   • January 1 - January 31, 2021 at 11:59 pm. Draw will take place on February 1, 2021 at 9:00am.

2. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
4. Tickets are: 3 for $10; 40 for $20; 100 for $40.
5. Tickets will be available at online at www.imperialtheatre5050.net.
6. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascends Fundraising Solutions
7. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mailed with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
8. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
9. Tickets will be sold beginning at 9:00 am on October 1, 2020 and ending at 11:59 pm October 31, 2020. All tickets purchased between October 1, 2020 at or after 9:00 am and October 15, 2020 at or before 11:59 pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. All tickets purchased between October 1, 2020 at or after 9:00 am and October 31, 2020 at or before 11:59 pm will be entered into the grand prize draw. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
10. The draw for the early bird prize will take place October 16, 2020 at 9:00 am.

11. The grand prize draw will take place on November 1, 2020 at 9:00 am.
12. Tickets will be sold beginning at 9:00 am on November 1, 2020 and ending at 11:59 pm November 30, 2020. All tickets purchased between November 1, 2020 at or after 9:00 am and November 19, 2020 at or before 11:59 pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. All tickets purchased between November 1, 2020 at or after 9:00 am and November 30, 2020 at or before 11:59 pm will be entered into the grand prize draw. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
13. The draw for the early bird prize will take place October 16, 2020 at 9:00 am.

14. The grand prize draw will take place on December 1, 2020 at 9:00 am
15. Tickets will be sold beginning at 9:00 am on December 1, 2020 and ending at 11:59 pm December 31, 2020. All tickets purchased between December 1, 2020 at or after 9:00 am and December 17, 2020 at or before 11:59 pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. All tickets purchased between December 1, 2020 at or after 9:00 am and December 31, 2020 at or before 11:59 pm will be entered into the grand prize draw. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
16. The draw for the early bird prize will take place December 18, 2020 at 9:00 am.

17. The grand prize draw will take place on January 2, 2021 at 9:00 am.
18. The amount of the 50/50 will be available at imperialtheatre5050.net.
19. The winning number will be announced at imperialtheatre5050.net; www.imperialtheatre.net;
20. The winner may claim their prize by contacting Imperial Theatre at: (519) 344-7469, or by email at: 5050@imperialtheatre.net The ticket may then be brought to Imperial Theatre, 168 N. Christina St., Sarnia, Ontario at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be paid by cheque for the amount posted at the event for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
21. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.
22. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
23. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
24. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that period of time has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a local charity other than Theatre Sarnia with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
25. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
    
    • All Theatre Sarnia and Imperial Theatre employees, Theatre Sarnia Board members' and their immediate families (spouses, parents, adult children, brothers, and sisters)
